Communal Service

I don't exactly know what the office called. But upon arrival in Mons, the first thing we should do was going to the Service des Etrangers for administration process; that's including applying for residence permit and getting our Belgian driving license.

Nothing really special with the office, the building or the people.
If it's our lucky day, we would have a nice woman on duty. Other day, there's always a chance meeting an unfriendly one. But it's normal, everyone treats you differently.

The funny thing when we're in the waiting room, I saw these posters.

Feels like we just got here, but they politely ask us to return to our home country. Maybe because more and more people come and live in Belgium.
