In Memory of Da Tony

It used to be our favorite Italian restaurant since the first month we live in Mons, recommended by a woman who works at the Tourism Office (and once we did saw her dine in at the restaurant).
Even it’s not the best Italian restaurant by quality of the food, most local students know about the place because of the generous portion at a low price.
The first year in Mons, the place was almost full with families on weekends. I really love the place especially when seated on the top floor. Nice decor and we can mesmerize the Grand Place at night.
A year later.. it changed drastically. It wasn’t as busy as it used to. We’re surprised to find the place was empty when the last time we had dinner. It was only us and two waiters, on Saturday night.
Few months later when walked around the Grand Place on weekend, we were surprised.. the pizzeria has burnt down. We didn't even hear anything about it.

Thank you Da Tony for the good meals.
Somehow we're still hoping you would re-open the place.
