Making giant chocolate cakes |
It’s a perfect timing before Easter where the stalls full of holiday inspired chocolates from Easter eggs and bunnies to a giant chocolate cake!
But it’s not limited to chocolates, we can also find bonbons (from Haribo to classic Cuberdons), tarts, Macarons, wine etc.
If sampling or tasting is not enough, there’s a choco bar for you.
The best chocolate tart, Le Pain Quotidien |
My favorite ever is the Mon Ami Chocolatier of Jean-Sébastien De Meyer, a renowned artisan chocolatier with amazing creations. I bought one package of different flavors: chocolat origine Madagascar 66%, the Earl Grey, cardamone, Garam Massala, lavande, fondant menthe forte, canelle, pate de fruit framboise, fraise et citron and crème de céréales.
This
annual event is a must for chocolate lovers and held in conjunction with the
Ducasse de Messines.
So
all the sweet tooth, mark your calendar on the last weekend of March!
