This boulangerie-patisserie is one of the best in Mons.
Located in Marché aux Poissons, there's no way to skip this place whenever I'm around the area. Those beautiful cakes seem to peek out of the window and call my name.. ah, it's just so hard to resist. Guess many people have similiar weakness, because whenever the automatic glass door opens for me, there must be people lining up patiently while their minds battling to decide which cakes to take away.
Au Millefeuille well-known to most people here because it has super good and beautiful cakes. Price is also an interesting factor.
I usually go for the éclairs, they're to die for! Big and generous fillings, from crème fraîche to chocolate.
On special occasions like Doudou or Valentine's Day, they always create themed cakes which available in different sizes. We usually get the small ones because they look cute and have perfect portions for individual dessert.
I wish they improve their bread quality, guess it would be even better. And always bring cash, because they don't accept Bancontact or any other cards. There's a huge BNP Paribas Fortis few meters away, in case you need it.
