After
wondering for a while whenever I drove past this place, finally decided to park
(plenty of space).. and had an afternoon tea on February 23,
2019.
The
reason why I came here because it looked spacious and modern, also heard one of
Matthieu Renoirte’s mentor was Pierre Marcolini.
Since
it was late in the afternoon, there were not many options.
Back
on June 28, 2019 to grab a quick breakfast around 8 am and it was busy.
Bought
torsade, coque aux raisin and moelleux au chocolat (2E).
Viennoiseries was
flaky on the outside but had thick bread-like texture inside instead of light
and airy.
Other than cakes and
bread, also available sandwich, fresh pressed orange juice, artisan/ premium products such as ice cream, chocolate, coffee etc.
